A global supply chain intelligence and agentic AI platform is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI to lead development of autonomous digital workers embedded within its AI-powered Intelligent Control Tower. This team builds mission‑critical software used by the world’s largest enterprises to orchestrate complex, real‑time supply chain operations across millions of daily events.
This is a hybrid position 2-3 days in office. Located in the Loop, Chicago, IL. This is an opportunity for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of AI autonomy, data‑intensive systems, and enterprise workflows. You’ll own high‑impact agentic AI products end‑to‑end, from strategy and P&L to hands‑on prototyping and customer adoption. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of product management experience in fast‑growing SaaS or platform companies
2+ years building and shipping enterprise AI/ML‑powered products
Experience with autonomous systems, agentic AI, conversational AI, or intelligent automation
Deep understanding of supply chain operations (multimodal logistics, yard management, shipper workflows)
Proven ability to own product outcomes including adoption, ROI, and customer retention
Technical Skills
Hands‑on ability to prototype using AI development tools (Cursor.ai or equivalent)
Proficiency in SQL and Python to independently analyze product usage and operational data
Strong understanding of LLMs, reinforcement learning concepts, and multi‑agent systems
Experience defining APIs, system architectures, and data‑driven decision frameworks
Desired Skills & Experience
Background in real‑time data platforms, digital twins, or visibility systems
Experience integrating AI decision‑making with live operational data streams
Familiarity with supply chain systems (TMS, WMS, ERP)
Experience building domain‑specific AI agents vs. general‑purpose assistants
Contributions to AI/ML communities (open source, publications, talks)
