What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Bridge central operations and pillar execution by managing operational requests and ensuring successful delivery
Support the pillar’s operating rhythm through planning cycles, key ceremonies, and roadmap maintenance
Identify and implement process and communication improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues
Facilitate budget planning activities and maintain operational metrics for transparency
What is Required (Qualifications)
5–8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or related roles
Proven ability to manage planning cadences and cross-functional alignment in complex organizations
Experience in management or operations consulting, or strategic operations roles
Strong communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency with operational and AI tooling, such as Linear, Jira, Confluence, Looker, and Google Workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Program/project management certifications (PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma)
Prior exposure to cryptocurrency/blockchain platforms and interest in Web3
Experience managing dependencies and risks at scale
