Plant Manager
Overview
A leading consumer products company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at a high-volume, high-visibility food manufacturing facility with 200+ in the Chicagoland area (Western suburbs). This role oversees all aspects of production, safety, quality, and cost control while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications
Have a strong background in food and/or beverage manufacturing and can lead operations to meet production, safety, and quality targets.
Bring expertise in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Can develop and coach large teams while creating a people-first, performance-driven culture.
Possess strong fiscal discipline and are experienced in managing budgets, capital projects, and cost control initiatives.
