Peregrine Team is hiring an HRIS Analyst to support a top hospital in Orange County, CA. This is a long-term contract position with full benefits and competitive pay.
The schedule will be Monday - Friday, full-time, with the opportunity for a hybrid but with an onsite presence. Compensation range is between $30-45/hr plus full benefits.
Duties
Analyze, design, develop, and implement HRIS solutions to meet business needs Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and define system specifications Configure and maintain HRIS systems, including system upgrades and enhancements Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, providing technical support to end users Conduct data analysis and reporting to support HR functions and decision-making Ensure data integrity and security within HRIS systems Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems. Proficiency in SharePoint, VMWare, CSS, PL/SQL, C, and other relevant programming languages. Familiarity with server administration and network security protocols (VPN). Experience with vulnerability management and assessment tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
