As our Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager, you will join our Digital Marketing leadership team and play a pivotal role in optimizing the entire digital booking experience across our web platforms. Your expertise will help transform insights into actionable strategies, ensuring measurable improvements across booking funnels and lead‑generation experiences for the Sandals & Beaches all‑inclusive resort brands. Job Roles and Responsibilities

Conversion Strategy & Execution

Develop the long‑term CRO strategy, ensuring full alignment with overarching company goals and key performance indicators, where we optimize key touch points across booking funnels and lead‑generation experiences. Lead the translation of complex customer behavior insights into a prioritized roadmap of high‑impact A/B and multivariate tests. Drive the execution of all optimization initiatives, ensuring a seamless user experience and measurable improvements in conversion funnels. Oversee the entire conversion funnel optimization process, from initial lead generation to final booking and retention stages. Research: Users, Competitors & Market

Direct in‑depth analysis of user journeys and behavioral data using advanced web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Contentsquare, Hotjar, Looker Studio) to uncover friction points and user experience improvement opportunities. Work on user research efforts, including designing and analyzing customer surveys, interviews, and usability tests to understand user behavior on a deeper, more strategic level. Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct ongoing market research, and analyze competitor strategies to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage. Stay informed about the latest developments, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising to leverage emerging opportunities. A/B Testing & Funnel Optimization

Manage and champion the A/B testing roadmap, overseeing the documentation, design, development, launch, monitoring, and analysis of experiments. Guide efforts to reduce user friction and boost engagement across all digital touchpoints by evaluating and optimizing landing pages, forms, and calls‑to‑action. Collaboration & Implementation

Serve as the primary liaison and lead for cross‑functional collaboration with UX/UI designers, developers, content strategists, and marketing teams to ensure timely implementation of test variants. Coordinate between teams to ensure optimization initiatives are launched efficiently and accurately. Communicate and collaborate with CRO agency partners. Reporting & Documentation

Own the reporting process, creating and presenting clear, actionable reports that summarize experiment results, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders. Establish and maintain rigorous documentation standards for the test backlog, results library, and key learnings to continuously refine the company's experimentation strategy and institutional knowledge. Competence Requirements

Proven ability to mature and scale a CRO program within our organization. Experience with analytics tools covering heat mapping, user journeys, user behavioral data, session recordings, and A/B test analytics.

Web analytics tools:

Google Analytics 4, Contentsquare, Hotjar, Looker Studio.

A/B testing tools:

AB Tasty, Optimizely, VWO, or similar. Expertise with design tools such as Adobe, Figma, etc. Experience supporting the design, set‑up, and launch of A/B tests. Understanding of UX/UI principles, behavioral psychology, cognitive biases, and responsive design, applying them strategically to the user journey. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, with the ability to effectively communicate technical requirements to front‑end development teams. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and how CRO amplifies broader acquisition strategies. Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and supporting cross‑functional teams. Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, UX design, digital media, or related field. Experience

5+ years in CRO, UX research, growth marketing, or digital experimentation roles with a proven record of driving significant, measurable revenue growth. Experience optimizing booking funnels, e‑commerce, and travel/hospitality websites. Knowledge of personalization platforms and dynamic content tools. Understanding of SEO and its intersection with CRO. Leadership experience: demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement. Benefits
