This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. If you are hired for this position, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no control over employment and will not receive your application.
Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management – set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, and keep the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized for efficient service.
Kitchen Department Manager: ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, safe and fast food, control food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures and new menu items.
People Department Manager: oversee hiring of qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and keep crew motivated from day one.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast‑paced McDonald's environment.
Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager.
