What You’ll Do
Be the first line of support for employees, ensuring their hardware, software, and network needs are met.
Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10, Office 365, and Microsoft Office 2016.
Support remote access tools like VPN, Terminal Services, and wireless connectivity.
Assist with specialized applications used in the legal field.
Communicate solutions clearly, whether in writing or face‑to‑face.
Collaborate with colleagues at all levels, delivering excellent customer service every step of the way.
What You Bring
At least 3 years of IT support experience in a professional services office setting.
Strong references and tenure.
An Associate’s Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and confidence in troubleshooting.
