Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a contract with a client in McLean, VA. The candidate will lead mobile banking initiatives from planning to deployment and ensure seamless stakeholder collaboration and regulatory compliance.
Rate Range: $49/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end mobile banking projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including Salesforce developers, product owners, and compliance teams, to define project scope and success criteria.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocations, and roadmaps that support digital transformation initiatives.
Utilize Salesforce platform expertise, especially Financial Services Cloud and Mobile SDK, to guide solution architecture and feature integration.
Ensure quality and compliance, overseeing UAT, regulatory standards, and secure customer experiences.
Drive continuous improvement, using KPIs and customer feedback to optimize project outcomes and enhance mobile banking features.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years managing Salesforce platform-based initiatives.
Proven track record of delivering mobile banking or fintech projects using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Mobile SDK.
Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Pay Details:
$49.00 to $60.00 per hour
