What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Analyze, design, and configure features and functions within Workday for Payroll and Time Tracking
Configure and implement business process enhancements
Participate in functional and regression testing for system upgrades and enhancements
Collaborate within an agile team to create iterative solutions that meet business needs
Provide analysis and consultation related to HR programs, policies, and practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of US Workday Payroll experience, including configuration, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
Written and verbal proficiency in the English language
Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities effectively
Experience working cross‑functionally and in a virtual team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Information Systems
Workday Time Tracking experience
Workday Pro or Partner certification
Experience implementing Workday systems
Demonstrated critical thinking and strong communication skills
