What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build a deep understanding of customer needs across various industries and technology stacks

Identify and shape the next 3-5 critical opportunities for the Cloud platform

Collaborate with Research and Engineering teams to drive strategic decisions and execution

Work closely with Revenue and Marketing organizations to enhance Cloud adoption

Inspire the team by communicating the purpose and impact of their work

What is Required (Qualifications):

Multiple years of experience working on an Enterprise B2B SaaS product

Proven ability to guide discussions with customers to uncover opportunities

Experience in assessing opportunities and setting direction for a product or product area

Comfort in managing technical products, including security, scalability, and availability

Highly collaborative approach with the ability to align various stakeholders across the organization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with thought leaders in product management and a demonstrable eagerness to grow in this field

Experience working closely with marketing, sales, or customer success teams to drive product adoption
