Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a professional, friendly Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, staying organized, and keeping an office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls; professionally screen and route messages
  • Greet visitors and provide general front desk support
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks
  • Support basic Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate restocking
  • Assist with QuickBooks tasks as needed
  • Provide general support to office management and leadership
  • Other duties as assigned to keep operations efficient

Requirements

  • 1+ year of administrative or receptionist experience preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks (1 year preferred)
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Proficient with basic computer skills and office software
  • Comfortable working fully onsite
