Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a polished and professional Receptionist / Luxury Concierge to join their team. This individual will be the first point of contact for guests, providing an exceptional front-office experience that reflects the high standards of a luxury brand. The ideal candidate will possess a refined demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate front desk operations, including scheduling, guest communications, and administrative support.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Support event coordination and VIP client appointments, maintaining an elevated standard of service.
- Anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or front office environments preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
