Job Title: Office Services Professional
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems, transferring calls as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and distributing correspondence promptly.
Manage sensitive and confidential documents with high attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with managers and clients to address job-related or deadline concerns.
Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely distribution to the appropriate departments.
Support additional administrative projects as assigned by management.
Operate switchboard systems efficiently to handle call routing and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for office services.
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in office services, ideally in legal, banking, or corporate environments.
Previous experience as a receptionist, switchboard operator, or administrative assistant preferred.
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and transferring calls.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with sorting and managing incoming mail and deliveries.
Knowledge of basic administrative processes and office tools.
