ServiceNow Consulting Manager – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
The opportunity You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role, where you’ll motivate and develop your team and establish new client relationships. You’ll grow your consulting and team‑leadership skills, building relationships and experiences that will define your career.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and defining user/customer requirements while focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across various platforms including mobile, web, and tablets. You will engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow SPM project and solution delivery.
Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources, including offshore resources.
Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
Exhibit excellent business acumen with fact‑based decision making and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow SPM process implementations.
Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities to provide recommendations and insights to strategic roadmaps.
Lead client process and design sessions, facilitation of requirement workshops.
Have experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, risk and issue logs.
Support pre‑sales efforts including creating proposals and estimates.
Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
4‑6 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Preferred / Additional Certifications
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.
Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges (US) of $142,600 to $261,500, with higher ranges for certain metro areas, plus variable pay.
