Key Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business, managing and delivering complex technical initiatives.

Serve as the engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of SPM projects, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.

Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.

Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.

Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.

Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow SPM process implementations.

Facilitate requirements workshops and support pre‑sales efforts, including proposals and estimates.

Lead client process and design sessions, conduct workshops with functional or business process subject matter resources.

Support waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets and risk logs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or related discipline.

4 to 6 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.

5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability and organization.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.

Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.

What We Offer

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $142,600 to $261,500 in the U.S., plus local adjustments.
