Mission The Finance Director will lead planning, forecasting, and monitoring of the company’s financial performance. Responsibilities include developing financial and operational metrics tied to strategy, maintaining internal controls, and reporting accurate financial results for the Reporting Unit.
Responsibilities
Plan, forecast, and monitor the company’s financial performance.
Develop financial and operational metrics aligned with overall strategy.
Maintain and enhance internal control systems to protect company assets.
Provide transparent financial reporting for the Reporting Unit.
Lead and mentor the Finance and Accounting team.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in a major aerospace organization.
Experience partnering with an executive team and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred: MBA in Finance, professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CPA).
Strong cost‑accounting knowledge for monitoring industrial performance.
Minimum 10 years of management experience overseeing at least 8 team members.
