What You’ll Be Doing
Leading US payroll‑focused design workshops and discovery sessions
Configuring Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll, including Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and payroll process flows
Partnering with clients to solve complex payroll, compliance, and reporting challenges
Supporting pre‑sales efforts with demos, solution design, and proposal input
Developing OTBI reports and payroll analytics to support decision‑making
Acting as a trusted escalation point and mentor to junior consultants
Qualifications
Essential Experience
Proven hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – US Payroll
Strong configuration expertise across Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and process flows
Experience leading client workshops and documenting functional designs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Desirable Experience
Experience with Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation Workbench
OTBI reporting and/or SQL knowledge
Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, bids, or client demonstrations
