About the Role Shape the future of payroll for enterprise organizations with Oracle Cloud. As a senior‑level Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll expert, you will work on high‑impact programs, delivering sophisticated solutions for enterprise and public‑sector clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead US payroll‑focused design workshops and discovery sessions
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll, including Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and payroll process flows
Partner with clients to solve complex payroll, compliance, and reporting challenges
Support pre‑sales efforts with demos, solution design, and proposal input
Develop OTBI reports and payroll analytics to support decision‑making
Act as a trusted escalation point and mentor to junior consultants
Qualifications
Proven hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – US Payroll
Strong configuration expertise across Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and process flows
Experience leading client workshops and documenting functional designs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Desirable
Experience with Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation Workbench
OTBI reporting and/or SQL knowledge
Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, bids, or client demonstrations
