Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant (US Payroll)
We are looking for a senior‑level Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll expert to work on complex, high‑impact programs. You will lead payroll design workshops, translate complex US payroll requirements into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, and configure advanced functionality including Fast Formulas, payroll elements, calculation cards, and process flows.

Job Description Shape the Future of Payroll for Enterprise Organizations with Oracle Cloud: You will lead payroll design workshops, translate complex US payroll requirements into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, configure advanced functionality including Fast Formulas, payroll elements, calculation cards, and process flows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading US payroll‑focused design workshops and discovery sessions.
Configuring Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll, including Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and payroll process flows.
Partnering with clients to solve complex payroll, compliance, and reporting challenges.
Supporting pre‑sales efforts with demos, solution design, and proposal input.
Developing OTBI reports and payroll analytics to support decision‑making.
Acting as a trusted escalation point and mentor to junior consultants.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
Proven hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – US Payroll.
Strong configuration expertise across Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and process flows.
Experience leading client workshops and documenting functional designs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Desirable Experience
Experience with Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation Workbench.
OTBI reporting and/or SQL knowledge.
Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, bids, or client demonstrations.
