Deliver project work stream management and client interface presentations
Collaborate with client staff and leadership to address complex challengesUtilize Huron tools and methodologies for the selection, planning, and implementation of enterprise software and analytics solutions
Manage and mentor junior staff members in project delivery
Translate information from meetings into documentation for project teams and participants
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
2–4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud implementations in HCM, Learning, Recruiting, or Talent modules
Strong analytical skills for documentation and reporting
Excellent oral and written communication skills with interpersonal abilities for relationship building
Self‑discipline for managing project workstreams with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience as a functional application specialist
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies
Strong attention to detail with a quality‑focused mindset
Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration
Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
