We are a design-driven, luxury interior design studio delivering high-end residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a senior Interior Architect to translate bold design concepts into refined, buildable interior architecture.
Responsibilities
Develop design presentations and transform them into precise interior architectural drawings
Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, and custom millwork documentation
Coordinate closely with principal designer and relevant external parties, including Architects of Record, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients
Conduct site visits to monitor construction, manage installations, and ensure alignment with design intent
Develop permit and construction documentation for interior scopes
Review and mark-up consultant drawings for alignment with design intent and project requirements
Oversee RFIs, revisions, and site coordination to ensure design quality
Collaborate with the design team on material selection, finishes, and interior spatial layouts
Develop and maintain all types of project schedules, including plumbing, finish, and millwork schedules
Produce 3D renders and visualizations to communicate design intent
Must be able to travel as needed and meet legal and background requirements
Qualifications / Skills
10+ years of experience in interior architecture or architectural design
Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (Interior Design with strong architectural training considered)
Proficient in Revit; AutoCAD experience also acceptable
Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion)
Architectural license required
Exceptional attention to detail, design sensitivity, and collaborative mindset
Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
