Experience with Integrated Database Management Systems (IDMS) (5+ years);

Experience with online IDMS program development using ADSO, IDD, ADSC, MAPC, DDDL, DMLO, OLP, PFCH, and DME (5+ years);

Experience with batch and COBOL development (5+ years);

Experience with Job Control Language (JCL) (5+ years);

Experience with Z/OS mainframe environment (5+ years);

Experience with IDMS screen mapping (symbolic and physical);

Experience with systems analysis, design, and development (5+ years);

Experience with project implementation (5+ years);

Experience with application production support;

Experience with SAS;

Experience with VegaSoft;

Experience with VSAM;

Experience with SPF and TSO/ISPF

Key Responsibilities

Provide dedicated support for the Parking Violation System.

Perform COBOL development and manage Job Control Language (JCL) within a Z/OS environment.

Utilize IDMS systems and associated online programming tools (ADSO, IDD, etc.) for system maintenance and enhancement.

Conduct comprehensive systems analysis and design to support project implementations.

Deliver ongoing application production support and ensure high-quality IT customer service.

Manage IDMS screen mapping and maintain necessary technical documentation.
