Required Qualifications

5+ years experience with Integrated Database Management Systems (IDMS)

5+ years experience with online IDMS program development using ADSO, IDD, ADSC, MAPC, DDDL, DMLO, OLP, PFCH, and DME

5+ years experience with batch and COBOL development

5+ years experience with Job Control Language (JCL)

5+ years experience with Z/OS mainframe environment

Experience with IDMS screen mapping (symbolic and physical)

5+ years experience with systems analysis, design, and development

5+ years experience with project implementationExperience with application production support

Experience with SAS

Experience with VegaSoft

Experience with VSAM

Experience with SPF and TSO/ISPF

Key Responsibilities

Provide dedicated support for the Parking Violation System.

Perform COBOL development and manage Control Language (JCL) within a Z/OS environment.

Utilize IDMS systems and associated online programming tools (ADSO, IDD, etc.) for system maintenance and enhancement.

Conduct comprehensive systems analysis and design to support project implementations.

Deliver ongoing application production support and ensure high-quality IT customer service.

Manage IDMS screen mapping and maintain necessary technical documentation.
