Job Description Grant Thornton (GT) is seeking an experienced Oracle Presales Consultant to support the firm’s rapidly growing global Advisory business. In this role, you will be a key contributor to GT’s Oracle practice, delivering impactful product demonstrations, tailored solution presentations, and expert technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. This position blends deep functional knowledge with technical expertise and compelling storytelling to showcase the value of Oracle Cloud solutions and drive meaningful client engagement.
You will be joining the Grant Thornton Alliance Sales team, comprised of consulting industry professionals with extensive experience in sales, alliances, marketing, and engagement within our focused Alliance ecosystems. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a strategic and growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver
customized Oracle Cloud demos
(ERP, EPM, HCM) aligned to client needs.
Configure and maintain demo environments and baseline product systems.
Collaborate with sales teams on opportunity qualification and deal strategy.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with solution-oriented content.
Conduct workshops and presentations for prospects.
Leverage
Grant Thornton accelerators and industry-specific POCs
to enhance demo impact.
Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates and emerging technologies.
Partner with Oracle Alliance leadership and delivery teams for seamless handoff.
Required Qualifications/Expertise
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
5+ years in Oracle ERP/EPM/HCM solutions; 2+ years in presales or solution consulting.
Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS modules (Finance, Procurement, or EPM preferred).
Strong demo‑building and presentation skills.
Technical proficiency in Oracle configuration, integrations, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and proposal‑writing skills.
Oracle Cloud certifications (ERP/EPM/HCM) highly desirable.
Experience with custom demo environments and accelerator models.
Familiarity with AI‑driven Oracle features and presales storytelling.
Demonstrated self‑motivation, strong work ethic, proactive nature

Communicates openly and honestly with clients and the Grant Thornton team
Consistently promotes and contributes to an effective team environment
Readiness to travel. Must be currently eligible to work in the United States, position is not eligible for employer sponsorship
