We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation team in Manchester, NH. This role is ideal for an attorney with early to mid‑level experience who is eager to take ownership of cases and gain hands‑on exposure across all phases of litigation. The Associate Attorney will work closely with seasoned litigators while independently managing matters involving professional liability, tort and liability defense, and workers’ compensation. Success in this role requires strong advocacy skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative strategy. Responsibilities
Manage a caseload from inception through resolution with partner guidance Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research to support case strategy and motion practice Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Take and defend fact witness and expert depositions Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, experts, and support staff Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar in good standing 1–5+ years of civil litigation experience Experience practicing in New Hampshire state and federal courts Compensation & Benefits
