Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing
• Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
• Assist with data entry and expense reporting
• Support senior accounting staff with various projects
• Respond to vendor and client inquiries in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work on-site in Bloomington, MN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
