Total Rewards Manager

will lead the design, implementation, and administration of BHcare’s compensation and benefits programs, blending strategic insight with hands‑on execution to ensure our Total Rewards offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our mission and culture.

What you’ll do Benefit Management

Serve as the primary expert and lead the administration of health, welfare, and retirement programs.

Manage relationships with benefit providers and vendors to ensure optimal service delivery and cost effectiveness.

Lead annual open enrollment, communication campaigns, and employee education around benefit offerings.

Proactively monitor market trends and industry best practices to maintain competitive and relevant benefits for our diverse workforce.

Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and related regulations.

Compensation Management

Lead FLSA determinations and ensure wage/hour compliance.

Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures.

Manage salary grades, pay ranges, and job descriptions.

Partner with leadership and HR business partners to guide pay decisions, promotions, and rewards.

Support equitable and budget-conscious compensation decisions.

Provide insights and reporting on compensation and benefits to support business decisions.

Ensure total rewards programs comply with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Maintain policies, documentation, and processes for internal and external audit requirements.

Support broader HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in benefits, compensation, or total rewards roles.

Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefit administration, and HR best practices.

Proficiency with HRIS systems, Excel, and compensation/benefits tools.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
