LOCATION NOTE This role is based on-site in Dorado, Puerto Rico. Relocation support is provided.
Dorado offers a setting where your leadership can transform an entire community. The families here bring global perspective, active engagement, and a desire for educational innovation. They value transparency, integrity, and high standards—and when they discover the right model, their commitment follows quickly. This position allows you to build and lead parent partnerships in one of Alpha's fastest-growing, most strategically important markets, all while living in one of the most attractive locations in the United States.
Alpha reimagines the structure of education. Students complete foundational academics in two hours per day through AI-powered platforms, then dedicate the remainder of their day to cultivating essential competencies—communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and self-direction. The approach is unconventional and accelerated. When families fully grasp its potential, they often become its most vocal advocates. Your objective is to guide families in Dorado toward understanding this model and embracing it with confidence.
Puerto Rico delivers a rare blend of professional impact and lifestyle quality. Dorado is a close-knit, influential area where personal relationships drive results and community perception can change rapidly. This position offers significant on-campus autonomy, wide community influence, and the opportunity to create something substantial in a place where people genuinely want to be.
If you excel at cultivating trust, conducting meaningful dialogue, and steering a campus toward durable growth, this opportunity delivers impact at a scale rarely found in education. Apply if you are ready to influence both an institution and the community surrounding it.

Leading all stages of the parent journey—from initial contact to sustained engagement—at the Dorado campus.
Delivering persuasive information sessions and focused individual discussions that turn curiosity into committed enrollment.

What You Won’t Be Doing
Relying on standardized scripts or impersonal sales approaches unsuited to a relationship-centered environment.
Managing parent interactions remotely or assigning relationship responsibilities to others.

Remaining behind the scenes—Dorado demands active leadership and direct, visible campus engagement.
