Take depositions of executives, HR witnesses, and damages experts nationwide
Lead internal investigations, reductions‑in‑force, and executive separation negotiations involving equity clawbacks
Prepare and second‑chair (then first‑chair) jury trials and arbitrations in high‑exposure employment matters
