Growth Marketing Manager We’re partnering with a Series A AI company redefining how enterprise marketing teams engage and retain customers at scale. Backed by tier‑one investors and trusted by major brands, they’re building a category‑defining platform at the intersection of AI, automation, and intelligent customer engagement.

Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

What you’ll be doing

Lead Account‑Based Marketing programs targeting high‑value enterprise prospects

Plan and execute roundtables, roadshows, curated dinners, webinars, and other live/virtual touchpoints

Partner closely with Sales to develop tailored messaging, cadences, and materials that generate a qualified pipeline

Own lead gen across both offline and online channels, driving conversion and deal velocity

Track, report, and optimize campaign performance — iterate fast, double down on what works

What they’re looking for

You must have 3+ years of experience driving B2B field marketing, account‑based campaigns, or demand generation programs in a fast‑paced growth company

Excellent cross‑functional collaborator with strong project management and communication skills

Comfortable engaging senior marketing and product leaders in high‑stakes conversations

Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments
