Overview A well-established corporate practice in Boston is adding an associate to support growing capital markets and public company work. The team advises issuers and underwriters on public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity and equity‑linked transactions, with a focus on technology, consumer, and life science companies. You would also work with public companies on corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting.
Responsibilities
Advises issuers and underwriters on public securities offerings, including IPOs and other equity and equity‑linked transactions.
Works with public companies on corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting.
Qualifications
Clear experience across capital markets transactions and public company advisory work.
Comfortable managing client relationships and handling the demands of active issuers with sophisticated needs.
Strong academic record and prior training in the capital markets group of a national or international firm.
Admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to transfer.
