Schedule & Work Model
Monday–Friday, daytime schedule
No weekends
No hospital rounds
Limited phone-only call rotation
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary care to adult and senior patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and reduced hospitalizations.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Participate in limited phone call coverage.
Required Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
Active or eligible Florida medical license.
Experience with senior-focused or value-based care preferred.
TB screening participation required.
