Domino’s Pizza is hiring general managers who can lead, judge, compute, and multitask for a fast‑paced, customer‑focused business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for all shift activities: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Follow all company policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, appearance and standards compliance, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training will be provided on the job.
Communication: give correct written instructions and speak with customers and co‑workers, processing orders over phone and in person.
Math: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (calculator use permitted).
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers; enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS
Accurate arithmetic and monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication for orders.
Motor coordination and ability to use computer keyboard or touch screen.
WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to varying weather; temperature changes from 36°F to 90°F+.
Fumes from food, cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, and occasional stair navigation as required by daily store duties and delivery tasks.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Deliver product by car, flyers, and door hangers.
Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle required.
Drive within designated delivery area; navigate adverse terrain and multiple flights of stairs.
