General Manager - 13125 Tamiami Trail

Now it’s time to move up and take on the role of General Manager for Domino’s Pizza. The position requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Set a strong example and enforce all policy and procedures at 100% compliance, expecting the same from the crew.
Manage staffing and paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, marketing, profitability, and store cleanliness.
Maintain a perfect image and adherence to company standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Lead day‑to‑day activities such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, performing inventory, and completing associated paperwork.
Conduct training and orientation when needed and ensure all team members understand and apply the required skills.
Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Maintain accurate and timely order entry using computer keyboard or touchscreen, and navigate to customer locations within the designated delivery area.
Handle safety responsibilities such as operating machinery, tools, kitchen equipment, and driving delivery vehicles in a safe manner.
Support franchise development by identifying opportunities for growth and helping to build a world‑class pizza delivery organization.
Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
Ability to make correct monetary change and process orders with high precision.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements with speed; ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
Demonstrated ability to work under stress, handle repeat tasks, lead activities, analyze data, and make sound judgments.
Basic supervisory skills and a high level of customer service orientation.
Work Conditions
Varied temperatures from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F or higher in some work areas.
Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and other food odors.
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when carrying out outside tasks.
Operating under hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, and short‑distance travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customers.
Sitting for paperwork completion at a desk or table.
Lifting up to 50 pounds (bulk purchases), stacking shelves up to 72 in., and carrying items ranging from 3 lb to 30 lb.
Carrying, pushing, and pulling shelving trays and other equipment.
Climbing occasional stairs or ladders and navigating five or more flights of stairs when delivering.
Stooping, bending, and crouching to assemble pizza and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Reaching above shoulder height (up to 72 in.) and reaching downwards for tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes.
Driving deliveries within the designated area and using an insured vehicle for product delivery.
Operating commercially available machinery, tools, and equipment such as pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.
