About the Role:
We embrace the SVPG Product Operating Model and empower product teams to solve hard customer and business problems. The role is an individual contributor that leads cross‑functional product teams using a 4‑in‑a‑box model, delivering solutions that are valuable, viable, usable and feasible.
Qualifications
Proven track record as an individual contributor product manager responsible for value and viability of solutions.
Ability to learn new domains quickly and understand all major parts of the business.
Strong knowledge of product discovery and delivery techniques.
Experience in multiple functional areas: engineering, design, finance, sales, marketing.
Skill in analyzing hard problems with constraints, using data‑informed argumentation.
Proficient in engaging with stakeholders at all levels and influencing teams.
Experience in quarterly strategic planning, defining OKRs and roadmap development.
Ability to own a strategic pillar and secure buy‑in for product strategy.
Compensation Minimum full‑time salary range: $165,000 – $185,000.
Eligible for annual incentive program and benefits.
