Position Summary
The IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance, and performance of the organization’s technology infrastructure across all properties and home office locations. This includes networks, servers, cloud platforms, identity and access management to core business systems that support both guest-facing and back-office operations.
This role ensures that IT services are secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the unique needs of πa hospitality environment—supporting continuous guest service, staff productivity, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Management
Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure, including collaboration tools, networks, cloud environments, IAM, and SSO.
Ensure high availability and performance of business-critical systems and integrations.
Provide oversight for property-level network upgrades, hardware refreshes, and system integrations.
Operations & Service Delivery
Manage the home office IT Service Desk and remote agents delivering IT support excellence through exceptional customer service and adherence to SLAs
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage global processes for incident response, change management, and service requests (ITIL best practices preferred) using the ITSM platform Partner with vendors and managed service providers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency of IT service delivery.
Security & Compliance
Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to enforce secure configurations, access controls, and vulnerability remediation of all infrastructure and ITSM platforms.
Ensure IT infrastructure aligns with corporate security and privacy policies, including PCI-DSS, GDPR, and data protection requirements.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
Leadership & Strategy
Lead and mentor a distributed IT operations team, providing technical guidance and professional development.
Contribute to IT strategy, capacity planning, and budget development.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through automation, integrations, standardization, and modernization initiatives.
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Experience managing multi-site or multi-property IT environments, ideally in hospitality, retail, or luxury service industries.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of network architecture (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), virtualization, and server technologies.
Strong understanding and experience working with cloud infrastructure platforms, IAM, and SSO.
Working knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Proficiency in IT service management frameworks (ITIL certification preferred).
Preferred Certifications
ITIL Foundation or Practitioner
CCNA or CCNP
Google Cloud Architect
PMP or similar project management certification (a plus)
Soft Skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Service-oriented mindset with a deep appreciation for the employee and guest experience.
Ability to manage competing priorities across geographically dispersed teams.
Additional Information This role offers a base salary range of $100,000-$120,000 plus a comprehensive medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefits, 401k employer match, employer paid life insurance, employee assistance program and a team member hotel stay program.
