Job Description The Project Manager (IT) is responsible for delivering cross‑functional technology projects that span two major areas:

1. New Openings, Transitions & Expansion Projects Technology workstreams supporting new hotels, renovations, transitions, and capital project deployments.

2. Enterprise System Implementations Corporate‑wide technology initiatives across Finance, HR, Operations, Data, Payments, and Guest/Employee platforms.

This role manages projects end‑to‑end—scoping, planning, execution, vendor coordination, change management, training readiness, and post‑launch stabilization. The Project Manager partners with IT leadership, corporate departments, regional teams, vendors, and property stakeholders to ensure projects deliver on time, on budget, and in alignment with Auberge standards.

This position requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate confidently across both technical and business domains.

Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Delivery

Lead planning, timelines, milestones, and risk/issue tracking for IT projects across openings, transitions, and enterprise systems.

Ensure all stakeholders understand scope, responsibilities, and deadlines.

Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and executive‑ready status reporting.

Cross‑Functional Alignment

Serve as the central coordination point between IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and regional teams.

Facilitate project meetings, decisions, follow‑ups, and cross‑team communication.

Enterprise Systems Oversight

Coordinate dependencies, deliverables, and schedules for enterprise system deployments.

Ensure system owners, SMEs, and business teams remain aligned throughout planning, testing, and rollout phases.

Support for Openings & Transitions

Oversee IT workstream timelines for new hotels, transitions, and expansions.

Coordinate efforts among consultants, regional IT, system owners, and vendors to keep deliverables on track.

Governance & Standards

Ensure PMO methodologies, templates, and reporting standards are consistently applied.

Escalate risks, timeline impacts, and resource constraints proactively to leadership.

Qualifications Required

5+ years of project management experience delivering technology or cross‑functional business projects.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with structured methodologies.

Strong communication skills with ability to present to executives and cross‑departmental leaders.

Experience coordinating system deployments, integrations, or technology rollouts.

High organizational discipline: RAID logs, charters, dashboards, stakeholder documentation.

Ability to translate between technical details and business impacts.

Preferred

Hospitality or multi‑property portfolio experience.

Experience with systems such as Workday, Concur, Adaptive Planning, ERP/Finance platforms, or similar.

Exposure to new hotel openings, transitions, or construction‑related IT deliverables.

PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent certification.

How this Role Supports Auberge Auberge’s growth trajectory requires a flexible, disciplined Project Manager who can bridge enterprise systems and property openings, ensuring consistent, high‑quality technology execution across all initiatives. This role is central to enabling scalable, modern, brand‑aligned operations across the entire portfolio.

Additional Information This role offers a base salary range of $120,000‑$160,000 plus a comprehensive medical, dental, vision and voluntary benefits, 401k employer match, employer paid life insurance, employee assistance program and a team member hotel stay program.
