Senior Trade Marketing Manager The Sr. Trade Marketing Manager (Sr. TMM) works within the RBNA Sales & Trade Marketing Team to support fundamental tasks involved in the POS development process from concept development to delivery. The Sr. TMM must understand the retail environment to develop effective merchandising solutions, have a customer service mindset, an eye on trends and the future, a desire to understand shoppers, and above all else, the drive to win versus competition and look like #1 in-store.

With a focus on large format customers (including but not limited to grocery, mass merchandiser and club retailers) the Sr. TMM owns the development and execution of the retail visibility strategy for all assigned customers. The Sr. TMM brings Red Bull marketing campaigns to life through multi‑faceted POS plans in assigned customers through collaborative relationships with the Global Trade Marketing, US Product, US Shopper Marketing & Key Account sales teams.

In addition, the Sr. TMM leads RBNA’s national permanent warm equipment and in‑store digital/technical developments to drive innovation and optimization of Red Bull’s brand presence at retail.

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with

Owns visual merchandising/ POS strategy & development for assigned accounts/ channels

Serves as the subject matter expert for assigned accounts’ POS and merchandising initiatives

Develops POS solutions that serve the needs of assigned customers, complement shopper behavior and ensure Red Bull looks like #1 in store

Contributes to the annual business plan process with leadership and guidance on effective POS solutions to achieve commercial and brand objectives

Owns and communicates Trade Marketing production timelines to all relevant stakeholders, including Agencies, Brand, Operations, and Field teams

Reviews all custom POS requests for assigned customers/ channels to ensure quality and compliance with RBNA brand standards

Develops Winning Innovations

Proactively identifies new industry technical innovations & prioritizes testing based on business impact and customer needs

Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders including IT, Legal, Operations, Field Sales Force and Key Accounts, Shopper Marketing, Product Marketing, BU Brand Marketing Teams to deliver projects on‑time, on‑budget and exceed customers’ expectations

Continually identifies opportunities to improve and respectfully challenges the status quo

Additional assigned projects as determined by the Director of Trade Marketing

Defines the Look of Success in assigned channels & customers

Drives RB Trade Marketing strategies through regular market visits, customer/ sales team meetings and Distribution Partner ride‑alongs

Stays up to date on industry trend analysis, competitive activity and changing shopper behaviors through industry publications, events and insights reports

Works closely with Red Bull’s insights team to link Shopper and Business Insights with our portfolio of tools via internal/external facing content suitable for conceptual sells, sell sheets and other relevant trade communication

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

5-8+ years consumer goods industry experience with exposure to retailers required

Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies

Exceptional communication skills, including presenting, writing and collaboration abilities

Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment are a must

Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate cross department networking

Conscientious, strong attention to detail, self‑starting

Creative mind, not afraid to question and improve the “status quo”

Strong conceptual thinking and design critiquing skills

Some Technical Knowledge of POS Production (Print, Permanent, Temporary) preferred

People management experience strongly preferred

Experience working with Agencies or Production suppliers preferred

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Lives and represents the Red Bull Brand

Salary & Benefits Base salary range: $137,000 – $151,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
