Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Create, place, and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Generate and nurture leads through effective content marketing and follow-up
Conduct short telephone or Zoom interviews with qualified prospects (scripting provided)
Guide new team members and support associates within our professional community
Attend and participate in weekly training sessions via Zoom
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine strategies
Skills and Attributes We Value
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the workforce, preferably in marketing, communications, or sales
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
Creative thinker with an analytical mindset
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
