Role Overview We’re seeking a Sales Director to drive new business and expand key accounts in consulting services. This role owns the full sales cycle, builds executive relationships, and collaborates with delivery teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new consulting opportunities across digital transformation, cloud, AI, CX, and enterprise platforms.

Account Growth: Expand relationships with existing clients, uncover upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and ensure long‑term partnerships.

Executive Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C‑level stakeholders, positioning FPT as a strategic advisor.

Solution Collaboration: Work closely with practice leads, presales, architects, and delivery teams to design outcome‑driven proposals.

Sales Strategy: Develop territory and account plans, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and deliver accurate forecasts.

Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor actions, and client challenges to shape tailored solutions.

Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior sales professionals, share best practices, and contribute to quarterly business reviews.

Value‑Led Selling: Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes (cost optimization, efficiency, CX uplift, risk reduction).

Innovation Advocacy: Leverage generative AI, low‑code/no‑code, and modernization offerings to differentiate FPT in the marketplace.

Brand Representation: Act as a senior ambassador for FPT Americas, collaborating with marketing on campaigns and representing the company at events.

Required Qualifications Education and Experience

Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 10 years of experience in new sales activities and client acquisition, preferably in IT services and software industries.

Technical and Industry Knowledge

Understanding of digital transformation, cloud migration, consulting services, and engineering offerings.

Familiarity with generative AI tools and a demonstrated ability to integrate them into sales functions.

Proven record of nurturing relationships with diverse industries and organizations.

Communication and Leadership

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Capable of conducting presentations and discussions that resonate with high‑level stakeholders.

Solid track record of guiding sales teams toward meeting quotas and expanding professional connections.

Location and Travel

Based in Atlanta or a remote office (Dallas, Chicago) with a willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business events.
