Job Summary
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the Memory Disorders clinic will provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with cognitive and memory concerns. Working collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members, the APP will conduct detailed patient assessments, perform neurological and cognitive screenings, formulate differential diagnoses, and develop evidence-based care plans. Responsibilities include managing ongoing treatment, coordinating referrals, educating patients and families about disease progression and care options, and contributing to clinical research or quality improvement initiatives related to memory disorders. The APP will play an integral role in optimizing patient outcomes and supporting the mission of providing compassionate, specialized care for individuals with memory and cognitive impairments. MSN for Nurse Practitioners or BS for Physician Assistants. Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA‑C). No experience required; entry‑level. Physical requirement: may lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, sitting or standing for long periods. Physical Requirements

Primarily Monday‑Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends depending on departmental needs. Salary Range
