What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute annual sales growth targets and marketing plans for Bioscience and Performance Products in the designated territory
Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Agronomy, and Crop Nutrition Leads to establish consistent agronomic positioning for products
Organize and participate in technical and promotional events, including developing promotional materials and campaigns
Mentor new employees and provide leadership during team meetings and special projects
Analyze competing products and manage customer data transfer back to the sales team and other functional areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business, Marketing, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related field
5-7 years of high-level sales and/or marketing experience
Strong background in proprietary products or technology-driven markets, with a solid understanding of agronomy
Exceptional customer relationship skills and ability to develop trust through effective communication
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to a changing business environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification
