What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute annual sales growth targets and marketing plans for the Bioscience and Performance Products territory
Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Agronomy, and Crop Nutrition Leads to establish consistent agronomic positioning of Mosaic products
Organize and participate in technical and promotional events, supporting promotional materials and campaigns
Mentor new employees and provide leadership during team meetings
Conduct weekly analysis of competing products and manage customer data transfer back to the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Ag Business, Marketing, Agronomy, Soil Science, or related field
5-7 years of high-level sales and/or marketing experience
Proven success in proprietary products or technology-driven markets, with strong agronomic understanding
Exceptional customer relationship skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification
