Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer or Architect to join our team, specializing in workplace environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial interiors and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing workspaces that enhance productivity and employee well‑being.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for workplace environments
Design and develop innovative workplace interior solutions that align with client objectives
Create detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and other design software
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation meets quality standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workplace design and interiors
Prepare presentations and proposals for clients to effectively communicate design concepts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial interiors or workplace design
Proficiency in Revit and other design softwareStrong portfolio demonstrating experience in workplace design
CID and/or NCIDQ certification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships
