Job responsibilities include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facility daily.

Communication: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Mathematical proficiency—add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
Order processing—verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination—rapid, precise movements with speed.
Computer skills—enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work environment: Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks; in-store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to over 90°F in some areas; exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust; cramped quarters in a walk-in cooler; hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Work is performed in a standing position, with short walking distances; lifting may involve carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing 7.5 pounds, and occasional bending or stooping at the pizza assembly station. Rapid, repetitive hand motions are required during pizza dough shaping and box assembly.
Physical demands include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, and reaching as needed for inventory and product handling.
