We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and collaborative Head of Sales Operations, North America to develop and execute our sales strategy, planning, operations, and business intelligence efforts. This individual will play a crucial role within the Commercial North America Leadership team, promoting strategic growth and operational excellence within the go-to-market organization. They will create greater data transparency, accelerate decision‑making, and enhance business agility. The ideal candidate pairs strategic foresight with operational excellence, thrives in cross‑functional environments, and possesses advanced skills in sales systems, analytics, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities

Establish a disciplined sales operating rhythm to ensure visibility, accountability, and performance Oversee annual and quarterly planning, including quotas, territories, and compensation Build frameworks to assess and prioritize accounts, regions, and formats with the greatest speed to execution, ROI, and brand potential Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to align planning with margin, cost‑to‑serve, and profitability goals Design, implement, and continuously improve sales workflows, systems, and tools to optimize team and partner effectiveness; align and own CRM governance with the Global Sales Ops Team, data hygiene, and ensure CRM is used as the core operating system by the sales team Develop scalable onboarding, training, and field enablement materials to reduce ramp time and improve performance Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for the Sales team and executive stakeholders Partner with Sales leaders to identify and resolve execution gaps and operational bottlenecks Work with the Global Commercial Operations Team on performance reporting, business reviews, and actionable analysis across channels, customers, and sales leaders and team members Leverage internal and external data to generate insights that shape strategy and execution Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Sales teams to align business goals and insights Identify and monitor key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions Support the strategic development of DSO & Education channels, including customer segmentation, pricing logic, and sell‑in tools Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required MBA or advanced degree. 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or business intelligence. Direct experience in developing and leading a Sales Strategy and Sales Operations function is crucial. Deep knowledge of sales planning, process design, and data analysis Deep experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), BI tools (e.g. PowerBI), and Excel Excellent communication and executive presentation skills Ability to collaborate and work cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Skilled at navigating a busy and constantly shifting workplace Additional Information about the Position
