Key Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and continuously refine a
Sales Playbook tailored to the U.S. dental market .
Define and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious
Year-over-Year (YoY) revenue growth .
Build, lead, and mentor a
high‑performing sales team
across multiple geographies.
Drive
new business development
while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Proven success working with
DSOs (Dental Service Organisations), group practices, and dental labs .
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to accelerate growth.
Establish and monitor
sales KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline metrics .
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align go‑to‑market strategies.
Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and key account management.
Represent the company at
industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events .
Key Qualifications
10–15+ years
of progressive sales leadership experience; at least
5 years at VP level .
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding
sales targets .
Deep understanding of the
U.S. dental ecosystem, buyer personas, and market dynamics .
Experience in building and scaling high‑performance sales teams.
Strong knowledge of
CRM tools
(e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, SAP CRM, HubSpot) and data‑driven sales management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Bachelor’s degree required;
Masters in Business preferred .
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership.
Collaborative leader who thrives in cross‑functional environments.
Data‑driven, analytical, and results‑oriented.
Ability to adapt quickly to
