3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service & high-volume restaurant - +$6M in sales
Proven success managing FOH and BOH operations, including scheduling and team development
Strong focus on guest satisfaction, pace, and service flow
Experience with cost control, inventory, labor management, and P&L responsibilities
Ability to lead from the floor and keep energy high during peak hours
Skilled in team coaching, problem‑solving, and creating a positive work culture
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Experience in Latin-inspired or high‑flavor, fast‑paced dining concepts
Ability to plan local events, manage private parties, and support community involvement
New restaurant opening experience a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
