Position Summary Mid-West Strategic Account Clinical Success Director – ideal candidates should reside in Chicago or Minneapolis.
Job Function – General
Develop and foster positive working relationships with key customers, including high‑level clinical nurse leaders (CNOs, VPs, DONs), to support networking, presentations, publications and sharing of B. Braun success stories.
Develop strong clinical networks within healthcare and professional organizations that increase B. Braun’s presence in the markets served.
Strategically partner with the Director of Health Care Systems to build strong customer clinical relationships, demonstrate and create value with customer executive stakeholders and ensure long‑term success.
Apply professional healthcare acumen—understanding the healthcare business environment (IDN, GPO, basic contracts, revenue cycle, supply chain, distribution, value analysis, etc.) and engage in conversations and meetings.
Act as a visible leader, demonstrating outstanding communication, listening and interpersonal skills; quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad audience, including senior level and C‑suite executives.
Design, interpret and communicate evidence‑based outcomes, measures and research, translating results into practice. Direct experience with clinical and industry podium presentations, poster presentations, authorship and publication is highly preferred.
Participate with internal multidisciplinary teams to improve the operational effectiveness of the Clinical Services Team.
Lead annual strategic corporate account clinical reviews to discuss SWOT and business plans for 1‑year and 3‑year horizons.
Lead and participate in creating new clinical value materials to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
Continuously innovate on customer support based on internal and external feedback.
Develop clinical strategic plans, analyze data and trends to set, modify and execute strategies.
Gain input and trend information from major clinical groups through direct contact with such groups, organizations and other vendors.
Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape.
Demonstrate fiscal responsibility with allocated budgets and resources.
Maintain key relationships with internal B. Braun departments (Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Customer Service, etc.).
Requirements
Valid RN license.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 12 years of related clinical experience.
Frequent business travel required.
Previous management experience required.
Compensation $135,000 – $175,000 base plus incentive compensation. (Salary varies based on region.)
