Position Summary We are seeking candidates for our Mid-West Strategic Account Clinical Success Director. Ideal candidates should reside in the following cities: Chicago or Minneapolis.

Job Function - General

Develops and fosters positive working relationships with key customers, including high level clinical nurse leaders, i.e., CNOs, VPs, DONs, to support networking, presentations, publications and sharing of B. Braun success stories.

Develop strong clinical networks within healthcare and professional organizations that increase B. Braun’s presence in the markets served.

Strategically partners with the Director of Health Care Systems to build strong customer clinical relationships, demonstrate and create value with customer executive stakeholders and ensure long term success.

Professional healthcare acumen – understands the healthcare business environment (IDN, GPO, basics of contracts, basics of revenue cycle, supply chain, distribution, value analysis, etc.) and can engage in conversations/meetings.

Be immediately recognizable as a leader, possessing outstanding communication, listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad audience, to include senior level, C‑Suite executives.

Ability to design, interpret and communicate evidence‑based outcomes, measures and research and then translate the evidence/results into practice. Direct experience with clinical and industry podium presentations, poster presentations, authorship, and publication highly preferred.

Participates with internal multidisciplinary teams to improve the operational effectiveness of our Clinical Services Team.

Leads annual strategic corporate account clinical reviews to discuss SWOT and business plan 1‑year and 3‑years out.

Leads and participates in the creation of new clinical value materials to help improve the performance of our team and customer satisfaction.

Continuously innovates on customer support based on internal and external feedback.

Develops clinical strategic plans, analyzes data and trends to set, modify and execute on strategies.

Gains input and trend information from major clinical groups through direct contact with such groups, organizations, and other vendors.

Remains current with market trend information and competitive landscape.

Demonstrates fiscal responsibility with allocated budgets and resources.

Maintains key relationships with internal B. Braun departments (Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Customer Service, etc.).

Requirements

Valid RN license

Minimum of Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 12 years related clinical experience

Frequent business travel required

Previous management experience required

$135,000–$175,000 base plus incentive compensation (salary varies based on region).

Core Responsibilities It is an essential function of this position for an employee to be present and in‑person at the physical site(s) of our customers and potential customers. Many of our customers and potential customers are in clinical settings, including hospitals, clinics, and other health‑care clinics. They require outside vendors like us to present proof of requisite vaccinations and immunizations (COVID‑19, seasonal influenza) before granting entry. Employees must register with the vendor credentialing organization, complete required processes, undergo a series of clearances (criminal background check, drug screening, immunizations). Full compliance with vaccination requirements is mandatory. B.
